Self Check In
Check-in starts from 17:00. After payment, we will provide instructions for check-in by email or phone. Currently, due to the COVID–19 epidemic, we use only self check-in system.
If you arrive very late after 22:00, please respect the other guests and move quietly in the public areas.
Before 12 pm
Check out of the cottages is by 12.00. Before checking out, wash your own dishes and take the rubbish to the rubbish bins in the parking lot.
Nevertheless we always check, clean and prepare the cottages and cabins for our guests, we ask you to leave the houses in neat condition.
Final cleaning 65 €/ 45 €
A 65 €/ 45 € cleaning fee is required if you want to leave the cottage as “it is” for us to clean. You know yourself better and your schedule, so please book the cleaning in advance.

We’re pet friendly and love animals with all of our hearts, but we kindly ask you to inform us that you are traveling to the village with your animal. Small and large dogs are allowed in all cottages as well as cats and ferrets, snakes and home goats: we don’t have any hypoallergenic cabins. If you have more than one animal traveling with you please mention it also in your message.
Free WiFi is available at the Reception and cafe area. If you want to have portable WiFi you can rent one at the reception for € 2.50 per day.
Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival
Free cancellation 5 days before check-in (date indicated in the confirmation email). If canceled within 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If canceled less than 24 hours before check-in time or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We’ll send a refund immediately after you cancel, and it will usually appear within 3–5 days, but sometimes it can take up to 15 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to two months to receive a refund.
